What is it?

The magic board is a digital projection system that runs announcements for Hampshire events on four screens: three in the Library foyer and one in the Dining Commons.

How does it work?

Hampshire departments and student groups can have their announcements posted for $5 per day. Fees can be charged to your department or student group budget number. We cap charges at $20 per month, per budget number.

How do I put something up?

E-mail your information to magicboard@hampshire.edu. Let us know what you want up, the dates you want it up, and the budget number to charge.

Please send us your posting at least one day in advance!

File types we can use:

• Powerpoint
• Photoshop (.psd, .jpg, .tif, etc)
• Word
• PDF's
• short Quicktime videos
• ...or just e-mail us the text and we'll design a slide for you.

What we can't use:

• Microsoft Publisher
