Applying for a Hampshire Semester Exchange Program

Submit required components of your Hampshire Semester Exchange Application to GEO by appropriate deadline: 

        Spring Term 2009: Friday, October 17, 2008
        Fall Term 2009: Wednesday, March 11, 2009

Upon acceptance, the Hampshire Exchange Program Notification Form needs to be signed and returned to CASA by Hampshire's Enrollment Notification Deadline:

        Spring Term 2009: Friday, November 14, 2008
        Fall Term 2009: Friday, April 10, 2009

Applying for International Field Study

If you are doing any semester-length academic work off campus or abroad, you must pick up the Field Study Information and Application Forms from CASA to be signed and returned to them by Hampshire's Enrollment Notification Deadline:

        Spring Term 2009: Friday, November 14, 2008
        Fall Term 2009: Friday, April 10, 2009

When coming to obtain the signature of the Assistant Dean of Global Education (required on the Field Study Application Form,) please be prepared to submit the following additional materials:

• Copy of the completed application materials that were sent to your field study program provider or university (if applicable)
• Copy of the front page of your passport
• Proof of international insurance coverage: we recommend ISIC (International Student Identity Card, student travel insurance)
• Emergency contact information
