Many areas on campus are equipped for wireless networking, so you can check your e-mail or course assignments while having lunch in the dining commons or enjoying the sun on the lawn. Dude, Where's my File Menu?

Microsoft Office 2007 for Windows replaces menus with tabs and buttons. The programs are still packed with the same functionality, but you may have to look a little harder to find it. And help is available.

Online Training
Microsoft provides free online training courses. You can take them at your own pace, and complete exercises to reinforce what you've learned. You can find the courses on the Microsoft Website here. "Up to Speed with Word 2007" and "Up to Speed with Office 2007" are good places to start.

Most of the file menu commands are in the Microsoft Office Button on the top left of the screen.
