Interviews
Interviews are a one-on-one conversation with an admissions counselor or a fourth-year Hampshire student. Interviews are informative as well as evaluative, and can be very helpful to prospective students and to the admissions committee. For these reasons, we strongly encourage prospective students to schedule interviews. Interviews are available weekdays by appointment and on selected Saturdays from October through January; please call the admissions office to schedule one.

Class Visits
One of the best ways to observe Hampshire's pedagogy in action is to observe a class. A list of classes open for visits will be available in September. We do not have classes during the summer.

Spring Overnight Visits
Spring overnight visits are available this spring semester for prospective first year students who have applied for admission.

Group Visits
Hampshire welcomes groups of students from high schools or other programs. Groups of six or more require reservations; we kindly request that group visit requests be made at least two weeks in advance.

Hours of Operation
The admissions office is open to the public Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time), and for limited hours on select Saturdays.
