Sometimes a two- or three-hour visit is not enough to determine whether Hampshire is right for you. During the spring semester, the admissions office arranges overnight visits for prospective first-year students who have received an offer of admission. You will be matched with a student host. During your visit, you may observe classes, attend an information session, tour the campus, and take part in activities.

Spring overnight visits are available Monday through Thursday, beginning Tuesday, February 19 and ending Thursday, April 25. Because of high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all requests for spring overnight visits.

Overnight hosting will not be available on the following dates:

• March 18-21
• April 3 (Advising Day; no classes)
• April 15-18

To request a hosting date, you must fill out our online request form a minimum of one week prior to the date you wish to be hosted. Once you submit your form, our hosting coordinator will be in contact with you.

TO PARENTS/GUARDIANS: The Hosting Program is intended to be a casual, peer-to-peer experience for accepted students only. If you are accompanying accepted students to campus, we request that you find your own accommodations. Click here for a list of nearby hotels.
