Personal stories of activism from Jonathan Lash and Marlene Gerber Fried. As president of the World Resources Institute, Jonathan was profiled in Rolling Stone’s “Warriors and Heroes,” as one of 25 leaders “fighting to stave off the planet-wide catastrophe." An activist and advocate, he has dedicated his professional life to environmental sustainability and social justice. Marlene, a long-time activist for reproductive freedom and social justice, is an author and the founding president of the National Network of Abortion Funds.
