Requests for Enrollment Verifications
Central records can send out a letter stating your status as a current student or a graduate. This letter is written on official stationery and is stamped by the director of central records. Usually this letter is sufficient for insurance companies, prospective employers or others who just want to know that you are (or were) enrolled at Hampshire. To have one of these sent out, come into central records and fill out a quick form or write to us at:

In your letter, include your full name, your year of entry, and tell us what you would like us to verify.
