Note: The College reserves the right not to issue transcripts for a student who has an outstanding financial obligation to the College or is in default on GSL student loans.

Scan and email your request:
We will accept a scanned request via email, but it must contain your signature. The subject line of your email should be "Transcript Requests." Scanned .pdf requests can be emailed to centralrecords@hampshire.edu.
Please note that we are unable to send transcripts electronically to you or to third parties.
