Caro Pinto
Caroline (Caro) Pinto oversees collection development, outreach, and instruction for the school of Critical Social Inquiry. She is also responsible for evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into classroom and library practice at the College.
Caro Pinto has an MS in Library and Information Science from Simmons College, an MA in History from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an AB from Smith College. Before arriving at Hampshire in 2011, Caro was an archivist at the Yale University Library. She explores issues and trends in digital humanities, academic librarianship, and higher education at http://caropinto.com. Her work has appeared in the Chronicle of Higher Education, Choice, and on the Hack Library School blog.
