Hampshire College

Kathryn Potts Flack, visiting assistant professor of linguistics, received a B.A. from Carleton College and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts, both in linguistics.

Her primary research interests are the phonetics-phonology interface and language typology.

Current projects include surveying phonological restrictions on word and phrase edges and modeling aspects of the interaction between phonetics and phonology.
