Students starting in spring 2012 are encouraged to attend Spring Orientation. Family and friends are welcome to accompany students on Saturday, January 21, 2012.

Please note: In case of inclement weather, some events will be postponed to Sunday, January 22 (see below).

Central Check-in
2:30-5:00 p.m.
Adele Simmons Hall
Students stop here to get IDs, keys, orientation materials, etc. Families can pick up schedules and information about the campus.

Welcome Dinner
6:30-7:30 p.m.
Red Barn
Students, families, and friends join campus administrators and staff for the official welcome to Hampshire and a delicious dinner.

New Student Orientation Dessert
7:30-9:00 p.m.
Students meet their orientation groups and begin the New Student Orientation Program.

Family and Friends Dessert Reception
7:30-9:00 p.m.
Red Barn
Families and friends of new students are invited to ask questions and mingle with campus administrators and staff during dessert.
 

Should weather make it dangerous to travel, the following schedule will be implemented:
