AASEI
The American Association for the Support of Ecological Initiatives (ASSEI), a U.S. environmental non-profit, in collaboration with its Russian partner, ADONIS, is offering a summer environmental internships for U.S. and Russian college students at three Russian nature reserves.
Academy for Educational Development (AED) Fellows Program is an education abroad program for highly motivated and mature U.S. graduate and undergraduate students (or those between degrees or who have just completed their studies) who are interesting in contributing to the work of established development assistance projects. Founded in 1961, AED is an independent, nonprofit organization committed to solving critical social problems and building the capacity of individuals, communities, and institutions to become more self-sufficient. AED works in all the major areas of human development, with a focus on improving education, health, and economic opportunities for the least advantaged in the United States and developing countries throughout the world. This program is an unpaid, work experience-based opportunity.
AIESEC
AIESEC, the world's largest student organization, is the international platform for young people to discover and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society. In addition to providing over 5,000 leadership positions and delivering over 350 conferences to a membership of over 22,000 students, AIESEC also runs an exchange program that enables over 4,000 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in another country.
American Councils
American Councils administers a variety of cultural exchange, study abroad, and research programs on behalf of both public and private funders. Participation in these programs is through an open, merit-based competition, and facilitates mutual understanding between the United States and Eurasia, Southeast Europe, and South Asia.
American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee
The JDC Jewish Service Corps (JSC) offers qualified individuals the chance to serve a Jewish community abroad in such areas as Jewish outreach, community development, health, and social welfare.
Amigos de las Americas
For over 40 years, Amigos de las Américas has facilitated transformational community service involving more than 20,000 youth volunteers and thousands of communities in Latin America. Volunteers contribute to health, education, and environmental service projects.

Boston University International Internship Programs
BU maintains over 4,000 active internship sources worldwide. All internships are customized for the individual student and are available in fields such as arts, business, communications, journalism, advertising, marketing, prelaw, international relations, NGOs, political science, psychology, and social policy.
BUNAC
The special BUNAC Blue Card working document allows participants working in Britain to take any type of employment, subject to government approval, for six months maximum, anywhere in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
The Blue Card is avaliable to full-time graduating seniors and all students who are US citizens aged 18 and upwards. You must obtain your Blue Card from BUNAC before leaving the U.S..

Experiential Learning Abroad Programs (ELAP)
Experiential Learning Abroad Programs (ELAP) is a division of ISA that arranges and prepares students for international volunteer placements throughout Latin America: Chile, México, Costa Rica, Argentina, Dominican Republic and Perú. Placements are currently arranged for six to sixteen weeks in the service areas of health, education, conservation, social sork, legislation, and museum work. Placements are individualized to meet student learning goals and time availability.
Through volunteering and internships, ELAP creates the opportunity to practice Spanish in a non-university setting. Participants develop skills such as problem solving, appreciation for community and diversity, the ability to collaborate internationally, and a more intimate understanding of global issues. Benefits of ELAP include Spanish language instruction, possibility of receiving academic and internship credit, international volunteer training, reflection activities, and on-site supervision.

Foundation for Sustainable Development
FSD provides college students, graduates, and professionals with the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience through internship programs eight weeks and longer with organizations in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. FSD also offers short-term service learning trips, volunteer programs, and study tours. To complement all volunteer and study experiences, all programs include homestays with local families that provide cultural and language immersion.

German International Parliamentary Internship Program (IPP)
The IPP is a fully-funded fellowship that introduces young, politically-minded American college and university graduates to the German system of government. Participants attend a series of seminars organized by the German political parties' foundations; complete a 15-week internship in the office of a member of the German Parliament (Bundestag); and are also given the opportunity to take courses at Humboldt University in Berlin, the Free University of Berlin, or the Technical University of Berlin.

IAESTE
The IAESTE Technical Internship Program places university students into paid technical internships in approximately 40 countries. Internships are open to undergraduate and grad students purusing a degree in science, engineering, mathematics, architecture, computer science, or other technical fields. Non-US citizens are also encouraged to apply. The majority of internships are 8-12 weeks during the summer, but there are also placements available for up to one year. No language skills are required, but they are preferred.
