Hampshire College offers 4-week and 8-week intensive Chinese language immersion programs at Anhui Agricultural University (AAU) in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. Hampshire also offers a semester-length Exchange Program in China.

Note: Departure from the U.S. on May 16th is required in order to arrive in China on May 17.

HOW TO APPLY
Application Deadline: Thursday, March 6, 2014
All short-term applications are due at the global education office (GEO) by 4:30 p.m. on the application deadline. In addition to the GEO Short-Term Application, which can be picked up at our office or downloaded from this page, students are also required to complete the China Program Supplemental Application (PDF). A non-refundable deposit of $500 (credited to the program cost) will be due Monday, April 1, to the GEO in order to reserve your place in the program.

Financial Aid:
Students who receive need-based financial aid from Hampshire College are eligible to apply for financial assistance through the global education office to offset the program fee. Students are expected to cover all additional expenses, including airfare. Awards vary from year to year, and are dependent on the number of applicants and the amount of aid available. Eligibility for financial assistance does not guarantee that aid will be awarded. Please indicate your eligibility and desire to apply on your application form.
