*Health and Safety Inspections for Fall 2011 will begin on September 26 and continue until we've inspected each residential common area.*

Keys: 

New Lock-out Policy: Call public safety at x5424 (413.559.5424) if you are locked out of your room at any time. Housing operations staff or public safety will come to your room to let you in. You must show ID and sign a form. The first two lock-outs are free; after that, you will be charged $10 per lock-out.

Lost Keys: If you have lost your keys, you must come to the housing operations office during our business hours to sign out your back-up copies. If you lose your keys outside of business hours, call public safety to be let into your room, then get your keys as soon as the housing operations office opens.

Key and lock replacement charges: If you lose your keys, the charges are $60 for bedroom, which includes lock change and key replacement; $100 for mod entry, which includes lock change and replacement of all residents' keys; and $5 for a new lounge key.
