Returning from leave for Spring 2012?

Notify CASA and fill out a Housing Preference Form.

Returning the preference form after this date will limit your housing options and could eliminate your ability to be assigned a room on campus. Please take the time to read it carefully, and completely answer each question. Missing information may result in assignments that are less satisfactory. Options for change after the term begins are small.

Your arrival date is Sunday, January 22.
Check-in details will be sent to you over January Term.
You must contact us at housing@hampshire.edu if you will have trouble arriving within the times given.

Wondering what room you've been assigned to? Housing assignments will be emailed about one week before the term begins.

Are you counting on a mod single? Be aware that every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, but that space may be limited and we may not have enough mod singles for everyone. For many students returning from leave, the choice will be between a single in the dorms (with the carte blanche meal plan) or sharing a double in a mod. Please prioritize your preferences on the Housing Preference Form.

Did you previously live off-campus? If you had a housing exemption prior to going on leave, you need to re-apply for off campus before your return if you still need to live off campus.

Are you hoping to live off campus for the first time? Off-campus approvals are normally given according to our on-campus bed needs. Our original deadline has passed, but we may consider new applicants depending on bed needs. Please contact housing@hampshire.edu if you wish to apply.
