Performance Evaluation

Performance planning and review are important for both employees and their supervisors. As employees, most of us want to know, and should know, how we are doing. For both employees and supervisors the performance planning and review process is an opportunity to define performance expectations and plans to achieve them, as well as identifying training and development needs.

Each employee's performance is reviewed at least once a year between June and October. This time period aligns with the budget process and overall establishment of objectives for the academic year.
