Performance planning and review are important for employees and their supervisors. As employees, most of us want to know, and should know, how we are doing. For both employees and supervisors the performance planning and review process is an opportunity to define performance expectations and plans to achieve them, as well as to identify training and development needs.

Please check with your supervisor or a representative of the Human Resources Office to get a copy of the most up-to-date performance review form for your division.
