House Director

We are accepting applications for a House Director.
The House Director provides principal leadership for a first-year college residence hall. Creates community inclusive of diverse populations; provides non-clinical counseling; takes part in after-hours emergency response rotation; plans academic and social programming; supervises student residential staff; enforces policy; administers housing procedures. Qualified candidate must be able to respond to emergency and crisis situations relating to students.
This is a residential, 10-1/2 month (housing provided for 12 months), appointment with an employment cycle of August 1st to June 15th. Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years professional experience beyond the bachelor’s level in residence life or student leadership in a college environment is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Candidate must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, have valid U.S. driver’s license, and be able to go up and down stairs.

Associate Director of Institutional Research for Enrollment

We are accepting applications for an Associate Director of Institutional Research for Enrollment to conduct research and provide data, reports, and analyses to support undergraduate recruitment, marketing, and financial aid policy and implementation.
Responsibilities include assisting in the development of a research agenda to support student recruitment and marketing of the college’s undergraduate programs; conducting research and analysis; preparing regular reports on a variety of topics, including enrollment projections, enrollment summaries, conversion rates reports, demographic trends, and student retention reports; querying the college's data base and developing appropriate data formats and analytic frameworks; and responding to a variety of ad hoc requests regarding enrollment trends and histories, market analyses, competitor institutions, developing programs, etc.
Master’s degree with a minimum of three years’ work experience in college admissions or financial aid analysis and/or institutional research office is also required. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of contemporary recruitment practices and admissions procedures. Candidates should possess exceptional research skills with the ability to understand, utilize, and integrate data from many sources including institutional databases, census data, etc. Familiarity with predictive modeling and a generally high level of skill in appropriate forms of statistical analysis are also required. Knowledge of Datatel is desirable.
