The payroll staff processes payments for employee salaries and wages including the student payroll.

Employee Direct Deposit Policy

Student payroll is processed within the business office. Students may cash student payroll checks at the business office during posted hours.

Information for Student Payroll Direct Deposit

Student payroll check cashing hours:
On the Friday student paydays and following Mondays only
Friday    2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Monday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
at the accounts payable office.

Student payhecks may also be cashed at the Bank of Western Massachusetts on East Pleasant Street in Amherst with a valid student id.
