Journal Articles for Education

• Academic Search Premier Full-text of almost 5,000 scholarly journals in all disciplines.
• Wiley-Interscience (formerly Blackwell) Journals in Science, Technology, and Medicine Over 1300 current full-text journals in the sciences, technology, medicine, education, and psychology.
• ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) The primary source for journals and other documents on education. Some are full-text. 
• PsychINFO The best source for articles and books on all areas of psychology.
• PsychARTICLES Full text of about 50 journals from the American Psychological Association.
• ScienceDirect College Edition A full-text database for journals in the life, medical, social, behavioral, and physical sciences. Most articles are available from 1995 on.
• Sociological Abstracts.
• JSTOR (Journal Storage) Scholarly articles in over 150 academic journals. Articles date from the 1800s up to a "moving wall" of between one and eight years before the present. That means that there are no current articles. Coverage includes the arts, business, general science, the humanities, and social science.

• Selected Internet Resources for Education Links to educational resources for teachers: literacy; assessment and certification; and distance education. From Yale University.

• Teachers at Work: Internet Tools for Teachers Search their database of 5,000 reviewed education websites. Results include links to sites, descriptions, and ratings. Some material may require a fee.

• Massachusetts School and School District Profiles Provides information about every public school in Massachusetts. Sorted by city/town and then school.
• National Center for Education Statistics Features facts and statistics about education in the United States and around the world. The Encyclopedia of Education Statistics brings together data from several National Center for Education Statistics sources including The Condition of Education, The Digest of Education Statistics, and Projections of Education Statistics.
