Hampshire Featured in 2011 Guides to Best Colleges

Hampshire College is featured in two new 2011 editions of college guidebooks:

Fiske Guide to Colleges

The Fiske Guide to Colleges features over 300 of the country’s best and most interesting colleges. Designed to assist students and their families in making the most intelligent educational investment they can, The Fiske Guide is written by Edward B. Fiske, who served for 17 years as education editor of the New York Times.

The Best 373 Colleges

Hampshire is among the country's best institutions for undergraduate education, according to The Princeton Review. The education services company features Hampshire in the new 2011 edition of its annual college guide, The Best 373 Colleges, released August 3 by Random House / Princeton Review.

The Princeton Review cited “outstanding academics” as its primary criteria for selection of schools for the guide, which includes only about 15 percent of America’s 2,500 four-year colleges and two Canadian colleges.
