Hampshire’s fencing club will compete at the New England Fencing Club Championships this weekend.

The competition will be at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, NH, on Friday, February 15, and Saturday, February 16. Fencing clubs from the whole region will attend.

“We expect to have fun, and compete hard,” says Gabriel Benvenuto Ladin 12F, a signer (group leader) for Hampshire’s fencing club.

The club also includes Zach Parker 09F, Ian Slammon 10F, Jessica Stephens 12F, Sam Halote 10F, and Andreas Hayash 12F.

The club is coached by alum Scott Tundermann 92F, who also coaches the fencing teams at Smith College and Mount Holyoke College.
