Hampshire College alumnus Jonathan B. Orleans 72F, an attorney with Pullman & Comley, LLC, of Bridgeport, CT, was named to the Connecticut Super Lawyers list for 2010 and selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2010. He was cited by both for his work in the area of labor and employment law.
In 2007, Orleans was appointed by Connecticut’s Chief Justice to the Civil Commission of the Connecticut Judicial Branch, a body charged with developing practices to improve the state courts’ handling of civil cases. He was recently named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society.
A resident of Fairfield, CT, he is on the board of directors of the American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut and Fairfield Theatre Company, and has served on the board of directors of Jewish Family Service of Bridgeport.
Following completion of his bachelor’s degree at Hampshire College, Orleans earned an M.P.A. from Princeton University and J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law.
