Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

• all emergency requests for service should be called in to the Facilities and Grounds Office at x5431.

Once the call is made please login to Maintenance Direct and submit backup to your request for recording purposes. Technicians will be dispatched by radio to address your request. We will make every effort to respond as promptly as possible.

Emergencies that occur on weekends and after hours

• should be called into the Public Safety Office at x5424.

A technician will be requested to come in only if the nature of the request is a true emergency. All other requests will be forwarded to the Facilities and Grounds via Maintenance Direct as a priority work order for the next business day.
