The vice president for finance and administration is responsible for executive oversight of the areas of financial planning and management; human resources; facilities and grounds; information technology; special events and summer programs; risk management and compliance; and environmental health and safety. The vice president is also responsible for major contract administration, including third party agreements to provide dining services, campus police, duplication services, bookstore, and fleet vehicles.
Reporting to the vice president are the director of the budget; controller; associate vice president for human resources; director of information technology; director of facilities and grounds; director of risk management and compliance; and director of environmental health and safety. The vice president shares responsibility with the dean of students for supervision of the director of dining services and the chief of campus police.
