VERIFICATION WORKSHEETS FOR THE 2013-14 ACADEMIC YEAR

If you were selected for the verification process by the U.S. Department of Education or by Hampshire College for the 2013-2014 year, you will need to complete and return a specific Verification Worksheet to the Hampshire College financial aid office. Please refer to TheHub to see which Worksheet is required, and print it from the list below. Be sure that all sections are complete. The student and a parent must sign the form. Attach any required documentation to the worksheet and return it to the financial aid office.
