Over the next 10 months we will work with strategic planning consultants Richard Keeling & Associates to identify key external threats and opportunities, and articulate our response based on the value of our unique educational approach and the results it produces.

We will work to develop consensus about the College's overarching strategy and priorities, define practical goals and objectives in support of those priorities, and create a feasible, contextually sound implementation plan to achieve those goals.

The process will involve the participation of students, staff, faculty, administrators, and the Hampshire ,and will provide a variety of opportunities for input and review. The process will be conducted in a transparent and inclusive manner overseen by a Strategic Planning Steering Committee.
