Our professional directors and staff are committed to providing you with effective and cost-effective services. Our key value is continuous improvement. We’re curious and eager to learn new strategies that lead to better services and less work for those of you who rely on us. At the same time, we work hard to manage the natural tension arising from our obligation to adhere to hundreds of statutory and federal policies and laws while minimizing the burdens those place on our faculty and staff.

We’re also deeply involved in the educational enterprise. Our dedicated library and information technology staffs help our students and faculty learn how most effectively to access, analyze, and present all forms of electronic, paper, and multimedia resources so vital to the academic success of our students and productive scholarship of our faculty.
