Granting Online Billing Access to Parents, Guardians, or Other Designees

Students receive a notification about new bills via their Hampshire email address. Students may also designate access for parents and others, allowing them to review and pay student bills. Both the student and designees will receive emails when a new bill is available each month.

PLEASE NOTE: Granting access to a parent or other designated payer does not relieve the student of ultimate financial responsibility for unpaid balances.

How to Create E-Bill Access for Other Parties

Go to http://thehub.hampshire.edu and log in with Hampshire username and password. Click on “Students," then, under “Financial Info," click on “Setup/Edit E-Billing Access." Be sure to read the FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974) statement. Students can enter their approved recipient's email address.

Third Party Initial Login

Designated users access the system through the same web address as students: http://thehub.hampshire.edu. Click on "Payments," and then "E-Billing Login." You will then be required to select the student to view that student's statement.

Making an Online Payment

Students and other designees may make electronic payments using United States checking or savings accounts, credit cards, or international wires at http://thehub.hampshire.edu. Payment profiles are not stored, so bank account information must be re-entered each time a payment is made.

Guest Payers

Anyone can make a payment using for the student using United States checking or savings accounts, credit cards, or international wire by choosing the “Make a One Time Payment” link, located in the Payments link at http://thehub.hampshire.edu. The individual needs the student’s Hampshire ID number, date of birth, and Social Security number. Guest payers are not authorized to view the student’s account.
