For the academic year 2012-2013, Hampshire College requires that students participate in a meal plan according to the following schedule:

Unlimited meal plan
Required of all residents of Merrill, Dakin, and Prescott suite #104

Dining commons only
Fall $2,100; Spring $2,100.

Voluntary Block Meal Plan
Optional for new first-year students housed in modular apartments; continuing students housed in modular apartments Enfield, Greenwich, and Prescott (exclud­ing Prescott suite#104); and com­muter students.

Each block meal counts for one all-you-can-eat visit to our dining commons.

• 25 all-you-can-eat meals for $160 per semester
• 50 all-you-can-eat meals for $310 per semester
• 75 all-you-can-eat meals for $445 per semester

Block Plan Meals do not carry over from semester to semester. Please consider this when selecting your Block Meal Plan.

Café Card
Students are required to purchase a $95 Café Card, which will be entered on their ID card. Students may use their Café Card at the Tavern or the Bridge Café to purchase items such as coffee, danish, soups, salads, sandwiches, pizza, wraps, calzones, and an assortment of desserts.

Café Card upgrades
Add Flex Dollars at any time to the required $95 Café Card meal plan for convenience at any time via TheHub. Available to all resident, mod, and commuter students. 

Cafe Card funds do not carry over from spring to fall.
