Textbook return policy
- All returns must be in mint condition. No writing or highlighting and no wear, including nicks, dents, or scratches will be permitted. Shrinkwrapped items must be returned shrinkwrapped. If there is any chance you will attempt to return your purchase, you must be extremely careful with it!
- Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. No receipt, no return.
- Returns must be made within seven days of purchase; no returns will be accepted after the date of Add/Drop.
- No returns on special orders.
- Remuneration will be made in the manner of original payment. Bring your credit card or Hampshire ID if that is what you used.
- Textbook buyback will take place at the end of the semester.
