The Office of Special Programs and Events will assist you in booking a proper space for you to host your meeting or event on campus.  Our staff will facilitate any necessary logistical support you may need in executing your event.  We will guide you through the proper steps to ensure your event is a success. 

The Special Programs and Events Office is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm during the academic year.  Extended summer hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm.
