In order to be permitted to drive Hampshire College vehicles transporting students, you must:

1. Complete the electronic form available at: http://www.fivecolleges.edu/sites/riskmgmt/driver/.


2. After completing the form you will be given an automated response. Please print the response and bring it to your scheduled class.


3. You must also complete the Coaching the Van Driver III class which will be offered at the following times in the Robert Crown Center. Please bring $10 and your driver’s license to the class.
