What are the living conditions?
Participants will reside on the Hampshire College campus in the Enfield Apartments. Each apartment can accommodate up to 8 participants, all having single bedrooms, with a shared living space, kitchen, and bathroom.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
All meals, whether prepared by participants or the dining commons, will be prepared with the freshest local and organic ingredients possible. A variety of options will be offered, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free. Special needs may be met upon request; please be sure to reference this on your registration form if needed.
What should I bring with me?
Gardening gloves, if accessible
Clothes for humid days, possible rain, and to garden in
Linens of your choice (sheet(s), blanket(s), face and body towel(s))
Cash, if planning to do any exploration in town, during free time
Electronic devises are acceptible to bring, though during meditations and evening rituals cell phones should be on silent, or left in the living quarters, along with any laptops, iPads, kindles, etc.
Will there be any free time available?
Participants will have free time after 8 p.m. each evening during which they can go to town or whatever else they might want to do.
There will be shorter breaks incorporated into each day's agenda, though not likely enough time to do any major exploration or visits that would require leaving the campus.
What are the fees?
Program fees are $800, per person, all inclusive.
