The General CRB Complaint Form (.pdf) should be completed by community members who wish to file a complaint against a student or group of students they are accusing of violating community norms.
Please Note: You must submit your completed form in person to the advisor to the CRB, Renee Freedman (senior associate dean of students). Please schedule an appointment to meet with Renee by calling the dean of students office at 413.559.5412.
