Complete a Complaint Form

Community members who wish to file a complaint against a student or group of students they are accusing of violating community norms must contact the CRB advisor, Jessica Fontaine, and make an appointment to file a formal complaint.

Jessica can also be reached by phone at 413.559.6205. The office of student conduct, rights, and responsibilities is located in the Prescott House office.
