All graduating students are required to attend this informational session for commencement.

Div-Free Dance Party Celebration (hosted by alumni and family relations)
Come celebrate your alum status! Alumni and family relations invites you to a free dance party for all graduating students. Join classmates for tapas, drinks, and dancing until midnight. You are more than welcome to invite favorite faculty, staff, and even your parents to this event.
7 p.m.- Midnight in the Red Barn

Division III Presentation Showcase
These may include academic presentations and readings. Schedules with specific times and room numbers will be available on the website and for pick up in the Franklin Patterson Hall lobby beginning at noon on Friday, May 18.
1-5 p.m. in Franklin Patterson Hall

Community Commencement Reception
(Hosted by the office of the President and dean of faculty office)
Join the graduating students, their friends and families in celebrating their commencement with light hors d'oeuvres, refreshments, and live music.
4:30-6 p.m. in the Robert Crown Center

These may include music; theater and dance performances; and film screenings. Schedules with specific performance times and locations will be available on the website and for pick up in the Franklin Patterson Hall lobby beginning at noon on Friday, May 18.

Commencement Ceremony
Please arrive early to ensure good seats. There are no tickets. Air-conditioned overflow seating is available in the Main Lecture Hall of Franklin Patterson Hall.
11 a.m.-1 p.m. on the Library Lawn

Celebratory Picnic Lunch
Join the 2012 graduates for a light lunch immediately following the ceremony.
1-3 p.m. in the Charles R. and Polly Longsworth Arts Village under the Solar Canopy

Diplomas Dispersed
