The special programs and events pffice will assist you in choosing a menu for your event. The catering services staff will create a customized menu to ensure that your event will meet your needs. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers. Special requests such as vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as other dietary needs, can be accommodated. Customers are welcome to offer their suggestions, ideas, and concerns. We require ten business days notice to guarantee catering for events. Please call for further information and associated fees .

Physical Plant

The special programs and events office will work with physical plant to accommodate any specific set ups for your event. Rental of tables, chairs, staging, etc. may be necessary. Please call the special programs office to discuss any any further details. We require ten business days for any special set up requests.

Media Services

Media services provides technical assistance and audio-visual equipment for special events such as lectures and conferences, group activities such as film/video screenings, and sound systems for visiting musicians. Please make requests for events well in advance as we must schedule technicians to assist. Media services requires five business days notice to schedule services and equipment for an event. Media services reserves the right to refuse service to those who do not comply with this policy. Please call for further information and associated fees.

Public Safety

The special programs and events office will work with public safety to assist with any parking needs or accessible parking requests. Events over 25 people may be required to have a public safety officer present at the event or on parking detail. Please call for further information and associated fees.
