Sodexo Catering Services
The catering services staff will create a customized menu to meet your needs. Sodexo requires ten business days notice to guarantee catering for events. Special requests such as vegetarian and vegan meals, as well as other dietary needs, can be accommodated.

Students should contact Sodexo directly at 413.559.5050 for further information and associated fees.

Facilities and Grounds
The Event Services and Summer Programs Office will work with the Facilities and Grounds staff to accommodate any specific set-ups for your event including:

• Rental of tables and chairs 
• staging

The Event Services and Summer Programs Office requires ten business days for any special set-up requests. Students do not need to contact Facilites and Grounds.

Media Services
Media Services provides technical assistance and audio-visual equipment for special events including:

• lectures
• conferences
• group activities such as film/video screenings
• sound systems for visiting musicians

Students should contact Media Services directly to make requests for events well in advance, as they must schedule technicians to assist them. Media Services requires five business days notice to schedule services and equipment for an event. Media services reserves the right to refuse service to those who do not comply with this policy.

Public Safety
Students should work directly with the Public Safety Office to assist with any parking needs or accessible parking requests. Events over 25 people may require a public safety officer present at the event or on parking detail.
