Commencement is organized collaboratively by the Dean of Faculty office, the Office of Student Services, and the Office of Special Programs and Events. Below is contact information for each office:

Dean of Faculty Office:

Call this office for issues regarding diplomas, Div III titles, and the pronunciation of your name at the commencement ceremony. The Dean of Faculty Office is located on the first floor of the Cole Science Center.

Office of Student Services:

Call this office for issues regarding nominations for and election of keynote speaker and student speakers, the commencement poster, the Div III presentations, and the musical entertainment for all commencement events. The Office of Student Services is located on the second floor of the Merrill Student Life Center.

Call this office regarding individuals who require special seating for the commencement ceremony or for any issues related to the physical set-up and food service for commencement. The Special Programs and Events Office is located in Franklin Patterson Hall.
