Missed the April 14 priority deadline? Don't panic! You can still apply on a rolling basis.

Apply Now »

There is no application deadline, and applications materials are accepted early. Students are strongly encouraged to apply by the priority application deadline of April 14, 2014. You may still apply after the priority deadline, as admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis. Only completed applications are reviewed.

Credits
Hampshire College recommends the equivalent of 8 academic credits for the completion of this program. Students are strongly encouraged to check with their home institutions about accepted transfer credits. Upon completion of the program, students may request a Hampshire College transcript.

Tuition and Fees: Includes Tuition, Room, and Board
Required costs to students include tuition and food costs for communal meals during program hours: $5,680

If you are a Hampshire student interested in seeking financial aid, you should indicate your intent on the application. The financial aid office will be notified directly and will determine if you have any remaining 2013-2014 eligibility for federal grant and loan funds. Students from other colleges should check with their home institutions regarding available financial aid.

Health Insurance
Please note that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires all students to carry health insurance. Upon acceptance to the Food, Farm, and Sustainability Summer Academic Program, you will be asked to provide proof of insurance or required to purchase temporary coverage that could increase the overall program cost.
