Why I love working at Hampshire: I love working at Hampshire because of its vibrant intellectual culture—from film screenings and theater productions to comedy shows, art exhibits, lectures, research symposiums and more, there's always something interesting happening on campus.
Title of my Division III project: The "Land Grabbers": Separating Fact From Fiction in China's International Land Acquisitions
Best-kept secret at Hampshire: The Goodread Library, in Greenwich Donut #1: A hidden campus gem stocked with a large selection of books donated over the years by the Hampshire community.
A random fact about me: I spend as much of my free time as possible doing outdoor activities—hiking, running, camping, kayaking, skiing, and gardening, to name a few! (Hampshire's outdoor programs helped me learn how to do these when I was a student.)
If I could teach a class it would be called “Competing Narratives: Analyzing Global Affairs Through the Lens of News Media in the United States and the People's Republic of China.”
