Interviews

An interview with your counselor is strongly encouraged. If you are unable to interview on campus, we also offer virtual interviews. To schedule an interview, find the counselor for your region and click on the “Interview With Me” button on their page.

Test Scores

Hampshire College does not consider SAT or ACT scores in any way as part of admissions and financial aid decisions. Read more about why.

Sample of Creative Work

Although submissions of creative work rarely determine an admissions decision, they can add another dimension to your application and give a fuller picture of your interests and talents.

You can upload your work to your Hampshire College portal. The following are some examples of creative work that can be submitted:

• Creative writing
• Photographs of artwork
• Music videos
• Link to online portfolio, blog, photo sharing site, etc.
