You're invited! Come learn what sets Hampshire apart from other colleges.
What's a Div, you ask? Divs refer to our divisional system, the three-stage structure for your four years at Hampshire. If that sounds a little off the beaten path, just wait until you get to campus.
This is a true campus visit. You'll sit in on our discussion-based classes, hear the groundbreaking work our students and faculty are doing, and get an academic overview from the pros in admissions. There's also time for interviews, campus tours, and even a visit to our 150-acre farm. Be sure to say hi to Austin the llama!

Yes, we love it here, but don't just take our word for it: Amherst was recently voted as one of the "best college towns" by two independent surveys.
The U.S. State Department and the Chronicle of Higher Education have named Hampshire College a top producer of Fulbright Scholars for 2016-17. Hampshire is one of 11 bachelor’s institutions to receive the designation this year.
"There are two reasons why Hampshire graduates achieve so much. One is the kind of person the college attracts. The other is what the college does for them by equipping them to become their own wide-ranging explorers and connection-seekers."
Loren Pope, Colleges that Change Lives (2006)
