Spring Semester Move-in Schedule: Friday, January 18, 2019

Central Check-in: 2:30-4:30 p.m., Adele Simmons Hall (ASH)

Students stop here to get IDs, keys, and orientation materials. Families can pick up schedules and information about campus. 

Welcome Dinner: 6:30-7:30 p.m., R.W. Kern Center, Lobby

Students, families, and friends join campus administrators and staff for the official welcome to Hampshire College and a delicious dinner. Family and friends say good-bye to students after dinner.

New Student Dessert Reception: 7:30-9:00 p.m., R.W. Kern Center, Taylor meeting Room

New students meet their leaders for the start of their orientation program

Family and Friends Dessert Reception: 7:30-8:30 p.m., R.W. Kern Center, Lobby

Families and friends of new students are invited to ask questions and mingle with campus administrators and staff during dessert.
