The Cultural Village

The "Cultural Village" at Hampshire College supports and enriches the institutional mission.

Through the Cultural Village, independent organizations not directly affiliated with the College, but which share similar educational and programmatic values, are located on or adjacent to campus.

The Toni and Gregory S. Prince Cultural Village provides opportunities for the Hampshire community, such as settings for student internships, as well as for residents of the Pioneer Valley.

Visitors from around the globe are drawn to the National Yiddish Book Center, founded by Hampshire College alumnus Aaron Lansky, and the Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, which is an international center for children's book art.
