These guidelines apply specifically to exhibits in the Hampshire College art gallery located in the Harold F. Johnson Library. They should also be used when planning exhibits elsewhere on campus.
Sketches and/or detailed descriptions illustrating the special design elements noted above that require administrative review and approval must be submitted to the designated director a minimum of 10 business days before the desired display period.
The director of environmental health and safety or the director of facilities and grounds can require that any items that pose a fire, safety, or structural hazard be taken down. If you have questions, please ask early in your design process.
