Transition Support

The human resources team is available to assist and support you with any questions or concerns during this transitional time. We have put together some resource material to support you. The material relates to a variety of topics including how to access resources internally and externally, unemployment and Mass Hire Career Centers, counseling services through our Employee Assistance program, life insurance conversion information, links to our FAQ page, as well as some information that may provide assistance in coping with personal job loss and helping co-workers through job loss. Employees who are affected by the reduction in force will also receive this information at the time of notification.

We will update this page with additional resources as they become available. This is not meant to be a comprehensive guide to what is available and encourage all employees to reach out to HR for support around your individual circumstance. We understand the significance of these events and encourage all employees to feel free to stop by, call or email HR: Blair Hall, 1st floor, 413.559.5605, hr@hampshire.edu

Additional information may be found on the Hampshire College Staff Workforce Reduction FAQ.
