Chemi Chemi’s interest in public policy and women’s rights has roots in her own life experiences.

“What I’m learning academically at Hampshire comes into play when I’m organizing,” says Kamika Bennett. “I have a good foundation in what the different issues related to immigration are, and what I have to do to build trust and solidarity among different groups.”

Project will provide a model for integrating a deliberate focus on ethics within the academics and culture of the institution, toward contributing to the common good.
