CBD in Divisions I, II, and III

How does CBD work? Here's the information you need:

CBD tutorials and courses get you started thinking about courses in all the schools at Hampshire College that explore CBD ideas.

Your CBD concentration helps you structure your CBD Div II.

How can CBD help me in Div III? APPLY for project funding in April and October, check the CBD calendar for the next deadline.

An internship or research assistant position that addresses your CBD interest gives you experience. First, you find a professor (anywhere in the world) who will involve you in a research project that you connect to CBD, then you can APPLY in April or October for a grant to fund some of your travel and housing costs.

Present your CBD academic work at a professional conference and CBD will fund some of your travel and housing costs. Applications for funding are accepted all year for this one!

How do students get involved in the CBD Student Group? Check the CBD hampedia web site for meeting announcements and more information.

CBD students work with other academic programs, especially with the Critical Studies in Childhood and Education Program (CYL) and the Five College Program in Culture, Health, and Science.
