1 seniority point for each semester enrolled (maximum of 8)
1 point for being a Div I transfer student (determined by admissions)
2 points for being a Div II transfer student (determined by admissions)
1 age point for being 22 years of age or older (as of September 1, 2012)

Students will be receive their lottery points letter in their campus mailbox prior to the lottery. This letter MUST be included in the registration packet for your group! Do not discard your lottery points letter!

* 1 Squatter’s Point: Students have a squatter’s point to use if they lottery for the mod they are currently living in. This point is ONLY valid for their current residence, and will be recorded separately on the registration form.

* 1 Modmate Contract Point: Registered groups can get one extra point for their group by having a group discussion about how they will live together, and completing the Modmate Contract. The sheet must be completed, signed by all members of the group who are not currently on leave, and included with the group’s registration packet at the time of submission for the extra point to be given.
