The event services and summer programs office (ESSPO) is staffed by event professionals who are committed to working with the Hampshire community, external organizations, and individuals to plan events and programs on the Hampshire campus and to act as the liaison between service departments and the greater campus community.

A certified one-stop shop operation, ESSPO coordinates efforts of College service departments on behalf of event sponsors.
Logistical support services include assisting with the selection of the appropriate event or program space; coordination of campus event support services (facilities and grounds, media services, food and beverage, and public safety); equipment rentals; floral arrangements; signage; security; and parking.

The ESSPO reserves most space requested on campus and uses the Ad Astra scheduling program to do so. The ESSPO also manages the Ad Astra scheduling program, the online calendar, and online space requests.
