May 2010 Graduates: At this time we ask that you provide information about your graduation plans to help us prepare for the May ceremony and make arrangements for your diploma receipt. Diplomas will be prepared for those students meeting graduation requirements and deadlines this term. The name and Division III title for all graduating students will be included in the May commencement program.

This form must be submitted by Thursday, April 1, 2010. If it is not received, we will use the information available in central records.

February 2010 Graduates: This form was due for February graduates in December 2009. Please contact the dean of faculty office (jsouthgate@hampshire.edu) if you have any questions about your diploma or graduation plans.

The name and Division III title for students who graduated in February will be included in the May commencement program.

Division III Title Revision Form >

This form is only for February 2010 and May 2010 graduates who need to make a final revision to their Division III contract title. Division III title requests must be submitted before the Division III pass date. Title requests received after the pass date cannot be revised on The Hub.

The title listed on the May commencement program is the title in the Division III contract on the pass date. The titles will be shared with the school offices and central records; it is therefore strongly recommended that students consult with their Division III chairpersons and confirm that the title on the contract is consistent with the title submitted to the committee, and the one they want listed on the May commencement program.

Cap and Gown Ordering Information: Those graduates wishing to pre-order a cap and gown for the commencement ceremony should contact Heidi Mercer in the Bookstore by email at hmercer@hampshire.edu, by phone at extension 6000, or by stopping into the Bookstore. The deadline for pre-ordering a cap and gown is April 23rd.
